NOTE:The definition of "Oppeng" is (Opposite English) and this was a different version of Guosa Language I created in 1969. However, Oppeng was dropped off because the word roots was anglophone based; unlike the Guosa Language that I created in 1964 and became known and spoken publicly at the Sandgrouse Market, Igbosere Road, Lagos-Nigeria in mid-1965. Guosa is a language of words, semantics and grammatical creation from the various traditional languages in the West regional countries of Africa. In other words, using what we have to get what we need in a linguistic democracy.
